travel location 2797 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89109-5032escapology las vegas

    Pros

Escapology was very easy to find and get to. The waiting area was immaculate and decadent, with fun puzzles to keep you occupied if you had arrived early.
Our host Barbara was very friendly and helpful. Our games master John R was great, we didn’t need any hints or clues but he’d give us just enough to figure things out with more thought, without giving too much away.
We did the Shanghaied game first as it was different to many of the other games we had played elsewhere, it was a lot of fun with many different types of puzzles to keep it really interesting. We enjoyed it so much.

    Cons

    Always fully booked!

    Tips

    Fully recommend this escape room!

  2. Rush To Escape – Prison Break

    Genre: Adventure, Action
    Open hours: 10:30 AM – 10:30 PM.
    Price: 35$ per person.

    rush to escape

    Pros

Staff is great and the room was full of many challenging and unique riddle.
They allow unlimited hints which are helpful if you ever get totally stuck, but they will also just nudge you in the right direction if they see you are stuck on a particular puzzle. We were a stubborn bunch so only outright asked for help once, but it was nice that they would not allow you to go down a totally fruitless path if they see the group doing that for a bit.
Several hidden rooms to uncover. Although off the strip a bit it’s only a 15min uber from most resorts and well worth the trip!

    Cons

The set feels raw and plain. That’s not a barrier to enjoying the game tho’.

    Tips

For beginners and enthusiasts, we suggest the minimum team size of 2. Any additional people will either be idle or get within the way physically. There’s plenty of parking available.

  3. The Official SAW Escape Las Vegas

    escape room las vegas saw

    Pros

The detail with regard to the movies was incredible! Shady the security guard set the mood when he greeted us out front of the very creepy metal gates, he was awesome. The whole staff really was wonderful. The actors had us convinced, definitely have to work together and pay attention to every room.

    Cons

Full with public booking, the puzzle is almost resolved with numeric codes.

    Tips

If you’re a beginner, please bring people more than 6 people.

  4. Lockdown – Las Vegas Highland

    Genre: Mystery, Adventure
    Open hours: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM.

    Pros

The staff at Lockdown was awesome. Very friendly and made the experience more enjoyable. I thought it would be easy, it didn’t. This kept our whole group working, guessing and having fun.

    Cons

The first two rooms only dealt with opening locks. Bad instruction.

    Tips

I would recommend the room with no more than 8-10 people as it would be too tight.

  5. The Basement – A Live Escape Room Experience

    Genre: Adventure, Thriller

    Price: 40$ per person
travel location 3440 Polaris Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89102-8384
    escape room las vegas

    Pros

The best immersive and clever escape room so far. The premise was very straightforward, and it was super fun. The puzzle is hard and nothing was really spoonfed to you, even with the helper actor in the background.
You’ll need your wits and courage for it but it’ll be worth it. Wonderful staff and actors can’t wait for more from these guys.

    Cons

This place is hard to find (no visible sign or anything). The intro information was misleading. The employees weren’t very accommodating and the basement was impossible to reach via phone.

    Tips

Let it be the last option.
